The staff is amazing and goes way beyond. The breakfast is amazing a lot of different varieties. The fresh juice and fruit is so good. I like the fact that they make eggs and omelettes for each order. If you would like the only thing I did not care for was the construction. The noise is really bad from the nightlife and street life that goes on around there And there is a weird humming buzzing noise that goes on inside the hotel it will keep you awake if you’re a light sleeper which I am and every time I try to use the TV for an app to work it would not work so I was basically there for eight days with no TV for English . But it is guarded by security 24 seven so no one that is not supposed to be in there is getting in there at all. You have to use a key card to get up and down and they do want your bags when coming in with metal detector. They do have a mini bar that stays completely stocked. The pool on the rooftop is a nice bonus. The pool guys are friendly and they will accommodate you on the music that you wanna listen to and it is loud. It’s nice it gives off summer vibes for sure. There is also a large galleria shopping mall on the bottom floor. There is a place where you can exchange currency. There is a fabulous salon ladies go get your nails and toes done or your highlights are cut men go to the barbershop. it is very cheap. The people in there are amazing. There’s so many different places to shop and food. You will not be disappointed. The breakfast is basic and simple. the services in the dining room need to improve.

As a female travelling to Colombia for the first time, this was an amazing experience. I felt very safe and the room was fantastic. Staff very helpful and location was perfect. The buffet breakfast was the best I've had in a hotel.

Location is perfect and breakfast was excellent. It leaned more towards a brunch since they had some lunch items available as well. Security was always visible and friendly. Hotel was modern and up to date.

The Breakfast was typical for the hotel, and sufficient, you do have to go early to be able to find a spot especially if you travel during during a busy month such as December
